How and when our services are delivered

GI Movers sells services, not physical products, so nothing is shipped to you after an online payment.
- The service is delivered on the date and time confirmed in your booking, at the addresses listed in your quotation.
- Local moves within the UAE are normally completed on the scheduled day. International shipments follow the transit times stated in your quotation.
- After each payment you will receive a receipt by email or WhatsApp. A final invoice is issued on completion.
- If a delay arises on our side, we will inform you as early as possible and agree a new time with you.
