Homes we move
- Apartments: we plan the move around your building’s rules and help you arrange the move permit and service lift with your management office.
- Villas: large furniture, garden and outdoor items, majlis sets and heavy appliances.
- Townhouses and compounds: gated-community access arranged in advance.
- Partial moves: a few rooms, or part to your new home and part to our storage.
What’s included
- Packing: boxes, bubble wrap, blankets and wardrobe cartons, with fragile items packed separately.
- Dismantling and reassembly: beds, wardrobes, dining tables and kids’ furniture taken apart and put back together.
- Fixing and fitting: curtains, TV wall mounts, refitting your existing light fittings and fans at the new home, on request (new electrical wiring is not included).
- Own trucks and crew: no subcontractors, and a team leader with the crew from start to finish.
- Unpacking: we place furniture where you want it and take the packing away.

Apartment moves in Abu Dhabi towers
Most towers in areas such as Al Reem Island, Al Raha Beach, Saadiyat Island and the Corniche need a move permit and a booked service lift. Tell us your building when you book, and we plan the timing, lift slot and truck parking around its rules. During the survey we note large sofas, wardrobes and beds that need dismantling to fit the lift. Rules differ from building to building, so please confirm permitted move times with your building management.
Villa moves
A villa move is planned room by room. Each room is packed and labelled, large furniture and majlis sets are wrapped and dismantled where needed, and garden and outdoor furniture moves with the rest of the house. How we pack
- Kitchen: glassware and crockery are wrapped one by one and packed into crates or strong boxes.
- Wardrobes: clothes go into wardrobe cartons.
- TVs and electronics: wrapped in protective material; wall-mounted TVs are taken down and refitted.
- Furniture: wrapped in the room with blankets and protective wrap before it is carried out.
- Fragile and valuable items: packed separately and marked so the crew handles them with extra care.
- Labels: every box is labelled with its room, so it goes straight to the right place.
How it works
- Survey: a free home visit, or photos of each room on WhatsApp, so we can see what’s moving.
- Quote: a written quote, usually within an hour, listing exactly what’s included.
- Booking: confirm your date, and we help you arrange the building move permit and service lift slot.
- Moving day: packing, loading, transport and reassembly by the same crew.
- Settle in: we place everything, check every item and take the packing away.
On moving day
- The crew arrives with the team leader, who confirms the plan with you.
- Furniture is wrapped and dismantled, and the remaining items are packed.
- Everything is loaded onto our truck and taken to your new home.
- Furniture is reassembled and placed where you want it, and any fittings you asked for are refitted.
- Before the crew leaves, the team leader goes through the home with you to check everything is in place.

House moving in Abu Dhabi: frequently asked questions
How early should I book?
One to two weeks ahead is ideal, especially for month-end and weekends, which are our busiest days.
Do you move on Fridays and weekends?
Yes, our operations run 7 days a week.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. It’s normally included in a full house move.
Can you store part of my furniture?
Yes. Items can go to our climate-controlled warehouse in Musaffah, charged by the space your items take.
What if something is damaged?
Our trained crew packs and handles every item with care. Please note any damage at delivery and report it to us in writing within seven days. We review every claim, and where we accept liability we may repair, replace or compensate within the limits set out in your quotation and our terms and conditions. We also recommend all-risk transit insurance, available for an additional premium.
Do you supply boxes and packing materials?
Yes. Boxes, wrapping and wardrobe cartons are included when we pack for you.
Can you move us from Abu Dhabi to Dubai or Al Ain?
Yes. We move homes from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, Al Ain and the other emirates. See our long-distance moves page.
Do you fit TVs, lights and curtains at the new home?
Yes, on request. We take down and refit wall-mounted TVs and curtains, and refit your existing light fittings and fans. New electrical wiring is not included.
Do I need to empty my fridge?
For a local move you don’t need to empty it: we bring a cooler box for the contents. Please follow your fridge manufacturer’s instructions on moving it and on how long to wait before switching it back on. For storage and international moves, the fridge must be emptied and defrosted beforehand.
